HER TIME

Her Time, a sister program of Hang Time exclusively for women, is dedicated to empowering those who often find themselves juggling multiple jobs and responsibilities due to familial incarceration, domestic violence, or other challenging circumstances. Through a supportive environment and tailored resources, Her Time aims to improve the quality of life for these women. By providing a platform for women to focus on themselves and their well-being, Her Time empowers them to reclaim control over their lives, pursue their dreams, and overcome the obstacles they face. Since its inception in 2018, Her Time has positively impacted the lives of approximately 40 women attending monthly sessions in Bridgeport. Expanding its reach, Her Time launched programs in New Haven and Waterbury in 2023, with Stamford set to launch in June 2024.
